To equip and encourage women to build Christ-centered homes by embracing motherhood with faith, courage, and authenticity one ordinary day at a time.

You don't have to have it all together to wear the Armor of God.

Our Story

People relaxing in a backyard garden, sitting on outdoor furniture and reading books, with plants and children's play equipment in the background.

I'm a wife, a stay-at-home homeschooling mom to three amazing children, and a photographer with over 15 years of experience. I studied through the New York Institute of Photography and have had the privilege of photographing everything from sports and weddings to births and just about every special moment in between.

I married my high school sweetheart in 2013, and together we're raising our three children, ages 10, 8, and 2. We call the beautiful Pacific Northwest home. Although we've been blessed to travel and live in many wonderful places because of my husband's job, the PNW will always be home.

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll usually find me singing, worshiping the Lord, writing songs, creating stories, or studying God's Word. One of my greatest joys is finding creative ways to teach Scripture to my children - through songs, games, and whatever helps bring the Bible to life in a way they can understand and remember.

For the past three years, I’ve been deeply studying the Armor of God. That journey began after our family moved into a new home and began experiencing what felt like spiritual attacks. In the midst of it, we turned to Scripture and began praying through and intentionally “putting on” the armor of God together each night before bed.

What started as a simple family practice became something much deeper. As I prayed, studied, and searched God’s Word for understanding, I began to sense Him calling me to write about what He was teaching me. At the time, I wasn’t sure what that would look like or where it would lead.

Eventually, that calling led me to start a women’s Bible study in my home - one where moms were welcome to bring their children with them. I had seen firsthand how difficult it could be for mothers to find time and space to study God’s Word, especially during seasons when getting away from the kids simply wasn’t possible. My husband had been working swing shift, and I knew how challenging those seasons could be. I wanted to create a place where women could grow in their faith without feeling like they had to choose between being a mom and being discipled or fellowshipping.

As a mom, I feel the reality of the spiritual battle every single day. Temper tantrums, sibling disagreements, outside influences, distractions - it can all feel so overwhelming. I don't have parenting figured out, and I'm certainly not perfect. But I've come to believe that one of the most important first steps is recognizing that we're in a battle.

The enemy wants our attention divided. He wants strife in our homes. He wants to discourage us and pull our families away from God's peace and truth. Realizing that changed the way I respond. Instead of reacting in the chaos, I've learned to pause and ask the Lord, "What are You doing here? How do You want me to respond?"

Because how I respond sets the tone. As a wife and mother, I have the opportunity to model faith, grace, and dependence on Christ for my family. That doesn't mean I always get it right, but it does mean I want my home to be a place where God's truth is lived out, one imperfect day at a time.
